#MYSEKOLAH Video Competition 2017

#MYSEKOLAH Video Competition 2017 is an initiative created by IACT College.

Team Name: Maong 01

This video is about the legend of SMK Sungai Maong, our “Sekolah”. It’s about how our school, even though it is small, we are able to write our own stories and make it big in history. We want to convey our feelings of gratitude, love and pride for our school, for all the precious memories we made together with our friends. SMK Sungai Maong is where we spent the years of our youth, and where we learned not only for academics, but also how to live life to its fullest. Of course, we also had bad memories, but when we look back, we’ll laugh at these memories. Our message is that we should appreciate the years we spent in our school, and we hope that everyone watching this video will be reminded of their happy moments in school, and some of the most beautiful moments in their life.

Seventeen, a short video about the last year of five girls in secondary school. They laughed, they played, they studied, they cried. But all had come to an end. They appreciate each other and cherish the moments together. They decided to shoot a video as they are leaving their secondary school, SMK Sungai Maong, the place where they met each other, became friends with each other and now, they are parting. Students are just like the passenger in an airplane. People gather at the same place. Upon landing, every passenger goes to their own destination. However, they believe that they will meet each other again. It’s time to say goodbye, but the girls will never forget the great time they had together, they will keep on fighting in life, and be brave to let go…

Team Name: Maong 03
Alvin failed in his examination again, he felt so depressed and discouraged. He started losing hope in life. He supposed that he can never excel in his life. But then, Dexter appeared. Instead of looking down and criticizing Alvin. Dexter motivated him and promised to help him in his studies. That moment onwards, Alvin’s life has changed.

A New Beginning is a video about the ways students triumph over obstacles and challenges they faced with the help from friends and also hard works from themselves. With these two elements, they can easily confront countless obstacles ahead them. Failure is not the opposite of success, but it’s part of success.

No pain, No gain.
